People use Top Discounts to help decide what to buy, so accuracy matters to us. Mistakes can still happen, especially with details that change. When one turns up, we want to fix it quickly and be open about it.
What we treat as an error
- A wrong specification, such as a size, power rating, weight or material.
- A price that is out of date, or a model that has changed or been replaced.
- A link that is broken or goes to the wrong page.
- Wording that is confusing or could lead a reader to the wrong conclusion.
How to report a problem
Send an email to editorial@top-discounts.com. Please include the address of the page and a short description of what is wrong. A link to the manufacturer page that shows the correct detail is a big help.
What the team does next
- The Top Discounts Editorial Team compares the report with manufacturer information.
- If the report holds up, we fix the page.
- For a significant correction, we add a short note to the page that says what was changed.
Small fixes, like a typo, are made without a note.
